J. Alan Formalwear made our event so easy for the male students to receive our tux’s. J. Alan’s team came to our facility, measured all of the students and took care of everything. I did not have to do anything and under our circumstances at the time it was amazing. I was not able to provide any attention to this portion of our event, and J. Alan Formalwear made sure I didn’t have to. Their people came to us for measuring, fitting, delivery and return. I have never worked with such an accommodating business. Setting everything up with them was easy too. One phone call, and I was finished!

They deliver on their commitments to you. Never have had something so easy where they deliver, pick-up and alter on site so no one in your bridal party have to go out of their way or any extra work. Have the guys look great with less stress. J. Alan Formalwear is great for out-of-town guests. All members can email their measurements to J. Alan. If there’s anything that looks questionable, they will double-check and verify the measurements. During the rehearsal, a van arrives and was tailoring tools on hand to ensure the tuxedos fit perfectly. After the wedding, instead of the out-of-town groomsmen trying to find the shop so they can return the tuxedos, J. Alan offers to pick all of the tux’s up at the hotel desk the following day. Lots of styles and varieties to choose from. They also ensure that the color is an exact match instead of just assuming that their red is the same as your apple color. I would highly recommend.

There is no comparison to the wonderful quality of service that you will receive from J. Alan. My husband has been fitted twice and each was a perfect fit! Very friendly and professional! If u know exactly what you want the staff will make it happen and if you need some guidance they can offer their expert advice if you want it! They are the perfect choice for your special occasion!

I absolutely loved everything about this store from the moment I walked through the doors. I love that the owner is in the store and so knowledgeable and the other associates are so helpful. Great selection! Can’t believe camo is even an option!!! Can’t wait for the teen boys to go to prom to use J. Alan again. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
